broke after 14 months
there's obviously a trend going on, it has a very short life. do not waste your money on this expensive rice cooker. wish I read the reviews prior to purchasing!

Zojirushi has the best line of rice cookers and products on the market! And this one is by far my favorite!!! I have kept rice in it for over 36 hours and the rice tasted like it was just made! Have no been disappointed with this purchase!!!
Personality
I wanted a rice cooker that had a lot of functions & this had it all for all types of rice to cook.
