Great Cooler for Busy Environment
This cooler was purchased to be used in the kitchen of a high-volume restaurant, to provide cold water for employees during busy times when they may not be able to leave the line. As we have 50+ employees, we opted to use the direct water line (botteless) version of this cooler so as to save money and time with changing bottle after bottle.
So far, the cooler has held up well to the tough conditions it has faced. Hot temperatures in the kitchen, being kicked and run into by employees and other equipment, and rough usage by the staff. It has continued providing cold water without fail for about a month.
The cooler is very quiet (I can't say it's silent, simply because I have never had the opportunity to listen to it when there is no other noise) and puts out only minimal heat. The cord is a good length and excess cord length can be zip-tied to the back of the unit to keep it off the floor. It uses a small flex tubing (not included) which easily connects and...
Nice cooler
Everything went together well and works good. Some assembly required to replace bottle holder with bottleless system. Good value for the money. Would purchase again.
