Best all-round sharpener I've ever had.....
I'm a sharpening fanatic, a keen-edge is the only way my knives are presented. Cut the best, quickest and safest.
I have a slew of sharpening products...natural stones, diamond grit slabs, and steels. I finish them all with these Jewelstiks. This particular one has 3 different grits, so it will salvage damaged edges and restore them to the keenest edge ever. Great products!!
