Damaged goods!
Hard to rate the product when it arrived damaged. Delivery was fine. However, opened the cooler and the door would not close. Called EvVive and got the run around about taking pictures of the packing box and pictures of the cooler. Kind of dumb to take pictures of the packing box when I signed that the box was in good condition and hard to take a picture of a door that won't close. I was expecting a personal phone call with some good customer service. I called Avanti and they were excellent. The rep said a service rep would be in touch to fix the cooler. I have not heard from them yet. I emailed EvVive and they were very pleased that I had called Avanti to take care of the cooler. It made me feel like they were glad they didn't have to hassle with it. This experience will make me think twice about ordering something online. Probably better to buy locally and have a person to talk too.
