3 units, all of them broken in pieces.
Here's my story. Ordered one of these for my boss' office. First one showed up, sides dented in, plastic cracked. So I sent it back asking for a replacement.
Second unit arrived. This one had the sides dented in, plastic broken in multiple pieces, coil bent and broken--basically looking like it had been catapulted from a moving train. So I called Amazon this time, asked for a supervisor, and explained that I liked the unit but was unwilling to try another one unless they could reassure me that it would be packed better. He called the shipping department, and assured me I would be taken care of.
Third one arrived. Packaging was no better, metal was bent, plastic cracked. I called the manufacturer direct, a phone call which was supposed to be returned never was. I decided that I could pull the dent and deal with the small crack in the plastic, if I was offered a partial refund, which I was after a phone call.
