Save your receipt.
I purchased one of these servers two years ago. I have used it no more than twice in that time and without any difficulty. Yesterday (Thanksgiving) when I tried to use it the indicator light did not turn on and it would not heat. This after only two uses.
When I called the company (Bella Cucina) today I was told that it had only a one year warranty and a receipt would be needed to effect an exchange and there was nothing they could do. I no longer had the receipt but since it was past the year anyway it was moot. My advice if you buy this item is to save your receipt. I don't know if this was an isolated incident but, if this is an example of the quality of their products, I would certainly think twice before purchasing any other items from this manufacturer.
