My Wife & I wanted a Belgian Waffle maker and found this one. It takes a couple of tries to figure out what setting you need to get the color and texture correct. It isn't the fastest waffle maker, but it's pretty good. The drip tray feature helps keep the kitchen counter clean, so that's a plus.
Update: The learning curve was steep on this. Second time we used it we let it heat up while making the batter. For us, heat setting of 7 produces the golden brown, just right, waffles in a few minutes. 5 waffles in about 10-12 minutes.
