Great toaster
Really enjoy this toaster, big slots for bagels, etc. Was suprised that starting toast was a 2 step process. On basic toasters you just push down the lever. With this one you have to also push a button (to select defrost, reheat, etc).
Good value
This is a very good toaster. Nice stainless, great styling. The only thing keeping it from being a great toaster is that it doesn't have that feature where you can "Lift" the lever in the up position to raise your english muffin high enough to grab it without burning your finger. I have another toaster where you can lift stuff a little higher to grab it. I know it's a minor point but it sure is handy once you've used a toaster that has this feature.
Not UL Listed and a fire hazard
I bought and quickly returned this without using it. Why? Because the maker says 12 times in the instruction book to unplug the toaster when not in use or unattended. 12 times! The manufacturer is certain this is a fire hazard and wants us to know.
